Planning & Initial Design
Our group is happy to work with existing plans or designs & add any finishing touches if necessary.
For projects that require Pre-Construction or Design Services, we are partnered with Buildpath to help our clients bring their vision to reality.

Permitting & Final Design
With a complete Permit Set, our group will work to obtain all necessary permits to begin construction.
Our team is coordinating details & pricing with subcontractors/suppliers during this phase.

Our group will look to finalize selections during this phase.
Construction & Communication
During the Construction Phase, our group will coordinate & schedule progress meetings to demonstrate progress & to address any potential concerns.

Our primary goal is to provide clarity, which we seek to do through: status updates, progress photos & more.

Final Walkthrough & Warranty Services
When a project is complete, we will schedule a Final Walkthrough to insure client satisfaction.
​
We will also have a detailed booklet ready for you with all the relevant warranties and product information. We seek to provide the highest level of quality across all our projects.
