Heidgerken
Owner/Licensed CBC
Jason has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is a licensed Florida Builder. As the Construction Manager, Jason is responsible for onsite field supervision and coordination, subcontractor relations, code adherence, quality control, safety and scheduling. His experience in the high-end residential market coupled with his attention to detail and craftmanship allow for projects to be delivered on time, with exceptional quality and respect to budget.
Nathan
Bussey
Owner/Licensed CGC
Since receiving his bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences at Auburn University, Nathan Bussey has worked in many aspects of the construction industry, including commercial, healthcare, and high end residential. He is a Florida licensed General Contractor with 15 years of experience and has built in the north and south Florida markets. His oversees procurement, client relations, pre-construction, project management, subcontractor and supplier coordination and operational strategies.

Interior Designer
Jennifer is a certified designer with extensive experience with interior design, exterior design & staging. Jennifer has worked on several high-end homes with great detail to fetch peak market pricing.
